What's your turn around time?

Our normal turn around time is about one week, from design to finish. Batch week orders (usually the beginning of a sports season) begin Saturday's through Tuesday's. One week's batch of banner designs are about 30-35 banners max for a week. We will do our best to notify you if your team order has made it for a week's batch, usually completed by Friday evening for local pickup (Temecula, French Valley, Murrieta, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore - California).

Order between Saturday thru Tuesday, receive a proof and completed banner by that Friday evening batch.

Order Tuesday evening, we MAY be able to complete by that Friday evening batch.

Order Wednesday thru Thursday or after we have hit our 35 maximum for the week, your order will be ready for the following Friday batch (one week later).

Can you do pole pockets and fancy stuff like that?

Currently we are only setup to do a standard banner size with grommets installed, but don't worry you're still gonna look marvelous!​
